Account Configuration Process

Click the Grey bars to open Instructions for each type of Dashboard.

SEO + Traffic Dashboard

Here are the steps you'll need to follow in order to get this dashboard correctly.

Google Search Console
  1. Choose a property in Search Console.
  2. Click the gear icon , then select Users & Property Owners.
  3. Click Add a new user.
  4. Type the email address of the user - dashboards@learnerdesign.com - you want to add and select the type of user.
  5. Click Add.
  6. The property will be added to the new user's Search Console account automatically.
Google Analytics
  1. To add a new user to an view:
  2. Sign in to your Analytics account.
  3. Select the Admin tab and navigate to the desired view.
  4. In the VIEW column click User Management.
  5. Under Add permissions for, enter dashboards@learnerdesign.com.
  6. Select the permissions "Read and Analyze".
  7. Select Notify this user by email to send a notification to each user you're adding.
  8. Click Add.

E-commerce Dashboard
Google AdWords
  1. Sign in to your AdWords account.
  2. Click "Settings" icon and select Account settings.
  3. Preferences Tab
  4. Select Account access from the navigation bar.
  5. Click Invite other users.
  6. Enter dashboards@learnerdesign.com.
  7. Enter a name for your new user.
  8. From the Choose an access level drop-down menu, select Read Only Access.
  9. Click Send invitation.
Google Analytics

To add a new user to an account/property/view:

  1. Sign in to your Analytics account.
  2. Select the Admin tab and navigate to the desired view.
  3. In the VIEW column click User Management.
  4. Under Add permissions for, enter dashboards@learnerdesign.com.
  5. Select the permissions "Read and Analyze".
  6. Select Notify this user by email to send a notification to each user you're adding.
  7. Click Add.

Custom Dashboard

The Custom Dashboard allows you to mix and match any of the available integrations

Google AdWords

Bing Ads
  1. Go to the Accounts & Billing tab
  2. Select the Users tab and then click on “Invite User”.
  3. First Name: Enter "Learner".
  4. Last Name: Enter "Design".
  5. Email: Enter "dashboards@learnerdesign.com".
  6. Product Language: Choose English -United States in .
  7. Account Role: Viewer
  8. If you have multiple websites listed select only the website you want to include in the dashboard.
  9. An email will be sent to us to let us know you've granted access.
Facebook Ads

To add someone to your ad account:

  1. Go to Ad Account Settings in your Ads Manager.
  2. In the Ad Account Roles section, click Add a User.
  3. Enter dashboards@learnerdesign.com.
  4. Select Ad account analyst and click Submit.
Facebook Insights

    You must be an admin of your FB Page!

    1. Click Settings at the top of your Page.
    2. Click Page Roles in the left column.
    3. Type dashboards@learnerdesign in the "Assign a New Page Role" box:
    4. Click Editor and then select analyst from the dropdown menu.
    5. Click Save and enter your password to confirm if prompted.
Twitter

YouTube

Only Owners can add other owners and managers. Communications managers have limited access and can't upload YouTube videos to that channel.

  1. On YouTube, sign in as the owner of the Brand Account.
  2. In the top right, click the account icon and select the channel you want to manage.
  3. Go to the channel's account settings by clicking the channel icon > settings icon .
  4. Click Add or remove managers. You'll be redirected to the "Brand Account details" page.
  5. Next to "Managers," click Manage permissions.
  6. Add a manager: Enter the email address dashboards@learnerdesign.com. Click Invite.
Google Plus
  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. Make sure you’re using card view. If you’re viewing your locations as a list instead of cards, switch to card view by clicking the cards icon on the right side above your locations.
  3. Choose the listing you’d like to manage and click Manage location.
  4. Click the three dash menu icon in the upper left-hand side of your screen, then click Manage users.
  5. In the top right corner of the "Managers of [your business]" box that appears, click the "Invite new managers" icon.
  6. Type dashboards@learnerdesign.com on the line
  7. Click "Choose a role" below the input and select Communications Manager.
  8. Click Invite.

Invite a User

  1. Click your profile name and choose Account.
  2. Click the Settings drop-down menu and choose Users.
  3. Click Invite A User.
  4. Input noah@learnerdesign.com and choose "viewer" as User Type.
  5. Click Send Invite.
Campaign Monitor
  1. Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account Settings.
  2. Below the section titled "Administrators in ", click Add another administrator.
  3. Enter the person's name: Learner Design and dashboards@learnerdesign.com, then click Add to send the email invitation.
Instagram Ads

To add someone to your ad account:

  1. Go to Ad Account Settings in your Ads Manager.
  2. In the Ad Account Roles section, click Add a User.
  3. Enter dashboards@learnerdesign.com.
  4. Select Ad account analyst and click Submit.
